Personnel Committee – This committee works to solve management/staff issues, encourage staff suggestions, help management achieve goals, review annual staff evaluations and conduct annual management evaluations.
Beautification Committee – The main purpose is to enhance the visual and sensory appeal of the property.
Maintenance and Operations Committee (new) – The goal is to create a group of homeowners interested in the mechanics and general operation of the building. The intent is to build an in-house knowledge base and advisory group to assist the staff as needed and ensure smooth transitions as staff personnel change.
Declarations, Bylaws and Rules Committee – Follow up on, and complete, work on these to:
- Eliminate conflicts between the documents
- Identify necessary change areas and recommend updates
- Assist in communicating needed changes to condo owners.
**Finally, the BTI Board would like to form a “Renters Working Group” - This group will allow renters to not only be heard but have a voice in addressing areas of concern that impact us all. A condo owner will represent the group to management and the Board.
